We protect your fleet's compliance schedule and your bottom line with straightforward cancellation rules and an iron-clad re-test guarantee.
Card on File Required
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. For appointments within our primary service area, your card will not be charged until the day service is completed.
Flexible Cancellation
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for primary service area appointments, or 48 hours' notice for out-of-area travel routing, to incur no fees. Any out-of-area routing deposits will be 100% refunded—no questions asked.
Free Retest
If a vehicle fails its official CARB compliance test, Fleet Rescue will perform one on-site re-test at no additional charge within 30 days once repairs are completed. One free retest per vehicle per appointment.
